I SIGNED UP, WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If you are a new subscriber, your first box will be our welcome box. Welcome boxes typically ship out within just a few days of signing up. You will receive an email with a tracking number once shipped.
WHEN WILL I GET BILLED AGAIN AFTER MY FIRST BOX?
For re-occurring orders, you will automatically be re-billed on the 15th of the next month. All orders ship at the same time. Usually between the 15th to the 20th of the following month.
HOW CAN I GIVE GEAR PACK AS A GIFT?
Easy!, simply open a new account and enter all of your billing information and billing address. Then use the recipient's info for the shipping address.
CAN THE GIFT RECIPIENT UPDATE THERE SUBSCRIPTION ON THERE OWN?
Absolutely! Once the purchaser completes checkout, they’ll receive an email with details on how to manage their subscription. Once the special occasion or holiday rolls around, the purchaser can simply forward the link to the gift recipient. From there, the gift recipient can update their shipping address (for example, if they moved) or even update the products that are included on their subscription. Giving the gift recipient the ability to customize their subscription

No, the picture is just to give you an idea of what the packs are all about. After all, it is a mystery box! Please read the description below each box option.

Sorry, but Gear Pack does not work that way. It is a mystery box. That's half the fun of it! If you don't like the mystery, than Gear Pack just isn't for you.
WILL I BE GETTING THE SAME PRODUCTS EVERY MONTH?
Absolutely not! wheres the fun in that? every month Gear Pack will send you a new box filled with different items.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE FOR?
You can subscribe for as long or as little as you like. No contracts here! you can cancel any time by logging into your account and changing the subscription settings. Here, you can pause, skip a month, cancel and re-start your subscriptions.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry, but once the billing cycle has completed, we can not issue a refund. This is because we order our products based on how many subscribers we have. However you can cancel your subscription any time. As long as you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle (the 15th of the month), you will not receive any more boxes.
WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
It rarely happens, but if an item arrives damaged, don't worry! Just send us an email: email@example.com within 14 days and we will deal with it on a case by case basis. We will usually offer a replacement or a similar item depending on the situation. in some cases, a warranty repair may be required. Please refer to the full returns and exchanges policy here.
